Ordering
How long does it take to receive my journal?
Every journal is made to order. Once you place your order, allow up to 2 weeks for us to handcraft your journal before it ships. You will receive a shipping notification with tracking once it is on its way.
Can I change my order after placing it?
Once an order is placed, changes cannot be made — no exceptions. We begin crafting your journal immediately, so please take your time reviewing every selection before checking out.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Every journal ships in our signature packaging. It already feels like a gift.
Customization
Can I choose any combination of leather, grommet, cord, and charms?
Yes. Every journal is fully customizable. Pick your leather color, grommet finish, cord color, and any charms you would like. With thousands of possible combinations, no two journals are alike.
How many charms can I add?
Every journal includes 1 front charm and up to 2 side charms. You can add more. Additional front charms are +$6 each, and additional side charms are +$3 each.
Materials
What kind of leather do you use?
We use full-grain leather exclusively, the top layer of the hide, with all the natural grain intact. It is the highest quality cut available and ages beautifully, developing a patina over time that is entirely your own. We never use bonded or split leather.
Will the leather look exactly like the photos?
Natural leather has variation, and that is part of what makes it special. The color and texture may vary slightly from piece to piece. Every journal is unique, and we think that is a feature, not a flaw.
Shipping & Returns
Do you ship outside the United States?
At this time we only ship within the United States. Free shipping is included on all US orders over $55.
What is your return policy?
Because each journal is made specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns on custom orders. If your journal arrives damaged or there is a defect in our craftsmanship, please reach out within 24 hours of delivery. Refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.
